Washington (ANI): Supermodel Heidi Klum has reportedly filed legal papers to take on her husband Seal’s last name. The German beauty, who’s due to give birth to her fourth child with rapper, real name Seal Henry Olusegun Kwassi Olumide Adeola Samuel, is said to have submitted documents in Los Angeles County Superior Court on Monday (05Oct09) to change her name, reports Contactmusic


According to TMZ.com, a judge will sign off on the application by 20 November (09). Meanwhile, the Victoria’s Secret model believes the last month of pregnancy is the worst, as the body seems to explode.


"The last month is unbelievable, how rapidly your stomach goes. It’s huge," Klum told Page Six. "The thighs, the butt -- everything explodes in the end," she added.
