I was supposed to, but I ended up sleeping in instead. Plus I figured the courses would be drenched. I haven't played much golf at all this year since I have an elbow problem and then shattered my finger.

I played in a scramble at Annbriar last weekend. Other then that I wana say the last time I played was September 11,12 and 13. I might have played 1 other round since then, but I don't remember. My elbow is pretty much healed, but my finger still fucking kills every time I hit the ball. And especially on off centered hits.

HA! My dad tells me the same thing. Hitting out of the rough, especially with all the rain, is miserable on my finger. And yea, I took a line drive right off the tip. I know I am a pussy.

Yea Kevin is still the pro out there.

Yea Kevin is still the pro out there.Worked with him for a small time, he is a good guy for sure. I bet, and with the cold weather, that can't help to miuch either.

Yea he is a great guy. He was in my sister's wedding. I think I might be the only person that thinks Ann Briar is an overrated course though.

It's a nice course, but overrated.

I took the day off tomorrow. Me and my brother in-law are going to play Triple Lakes tomorrow. Course isn't great, but we enjoy playing out there.

It's kind of tough to find if you're not familiar with the area. It's between Columbia and Millstadt.

I really wanted to get out one more time before the end of the year.

Looks like it's time to clean them up and store them for the winter.

thought about it, but my brother in law doesn't have a sitter, and I don't want to play alone. That, and I really can't afford to right now.

Just got the itinerary ironed out...I will be playing golf two weeks from tomorrow in Cancun. Dig me, bitches.

Hm. No offense, but I were in Cancun... the last thing I would want to do is play golf. Call me crazy, but you can do that in the states. That would be like laying on the beach drinking a rum runner and your wife leaning over and saying "hey... finish that up... I want to go visit the Walmart in town before sunset."

I disagree. I played golf in Cabo while on my honeymoon. I'm not sure about Lemay, but there aren't any courses around me that are surrounded by the ocean. I'm glad I played.

You don't like playing golf in an exotic locale when it's 30 degrees and dreary here? Trust me, I'll be doing plenty of the drinking/beach/pool/food stuff.

Now would probably be a good time to mention that the whole trip, including the excursions (golf for me, spa visit for the girlfriend, zip line through the jungle for the both of us), is comped. So if I get the chance to play on a course much nicer than most around here during a time of year I normally wouldn't get to play at all AND I get to do it for free...tee it up. The beach will be there later that day.

Holy crap! The course was crawling with alligators and iguanas! And I was drunk! I love Cancun...

Shot like shit, by the way. Didn't even bother adding up the final score. But I had fun, and I can't wait for the weather to break here.
