See..this is a conundrum. There arent too many people living in the city (not sure we could field a complete team). I think for all intents and purposes that Illinois should be included in the City.

I leave Wednesday and get back Sunday.
As far as the best dates to do this...obviously a weekend would be best. It seems like Sundays are the best for most people.
