Nicotine stimulates your GI tract to promote peristalsis contractions. Which is just moving poop through the tubes. Also why one is usually not hungry when smoking or chewing, their body is already in the mode of digestion.

It sure seems to. Coffee seems to get things moving as well. Another thing that oddly makes me shit is sitting in front of the computer or PS2. That one I can't figure out.
