just before my wife got pregnant with my son she quit smoking and i stopped smoking in the house. That greatly cut my smoking to less than a pack a week. but damn it if i don't think about smoking 10-15 times a day.

only when I drink and the more I drink the more I smoke. I wake up with more of a smoke hangover than anything sometimes

Same for me. Wife quit altogether, and I never let the kids see me smoke. I only smoke like 3 a day now.

You don't know what you're missing. Coughing, hackin up shit and wheezing. Why would you want to miss out on all that goodness!!*

I wish I would've never started!! Congrats.

Hell, you might as well just quit if you only smoke 3 a day now.

I smoked from the age of 12 until 25, quit for 4 1/2 years, smoked for 2 and quit again. 2nd time stopping was about 200000 times harder than the first. If I every get diagnosed with a life threatning illness, I'm starting back up.
