Why do you play here?

This question came up the other night when Maggie and Nick were on the board together but no one seemed to answer. I thought this might be a good question for a poll.

Although there are several reason I hang around here the biggest one is because you never know what will happen next. Certain threads just take off and take on a life or their own. I enjoy the quick wits and good sense of humor expressed here.

Just pretend like you did it on purpose. I don't think Maggie is coming to play tonight. David got home today from Tampa and for some reason she thinks her marriage is more important than the board. Geez.

Where were you the other night when Maggie brought Nick over for you. The guys couldn't hold his attention like you could have.

I was at the gym then I came home and was about to log on and the mister called me away to show me something. I never picked up the laptop again. I was pissed.

I think he was disappointed he didn't get to meet you.

I was disappointed also. I bet it has to be weird that everyone knows so much about him and he has no knowledge about any of us.



Yeah, I know what you mean. I would have been a little spooked if the first time I was on here 7 or 8 people knew things about me and were firing questions at me.

I pretty sure though he has some knowledge about you. I think your secret love has probably talked about you quite a bit.

That is probably why he was so anxious to meet you.

I went with "Spontaniety".

In the past I would have gone with the Cheap Thrills and the Sex Talk, but now that the cheap thrills are over (DARN YOU EFFDUP!), the sex talk has dissipated as well..

I agree with Harley about the "You never know what's going to happen next" way things go in here..

I will say that, while I used to go to McKernan's Corner first, I now come here first....
