I've been as well (a few weeks back). It's interesting for sure- I agree that something has to be done via alternative energy. I'm always a little skeptical when someone does something like this that is also clearly in their self interest to see occur. I would be interested in a non-partisan commentary on his plan.

The partisan commentary is that in order to get this wind power thing off the ground, it would require a load of capital from the gubment (we the people) and T Boone would be the beneficiary.
