I made a deposit to start playing on Full Tilt Poker. I'd like to take out my original deposit, and just play with my winnings. But FTP seems to be very difficult to withdrawl from. I would think they could easily just put it back into the account which I used to deposit. Has anyone else experienced the same problems?

Same problem at Poker Stars. you can withdraw from you bank account easily but it you try and redeposit they are temporarily unavailable. They have been for months! You can have them send you a check but only once a week and it takes about 10 days to get, but they do cash!

The last time I withdrew from Full Tilt, I did the bank transfer thing -- it took about 6 weeks for the money to show up in my account! From what I've been reading on other poker forums, many people have been experiencing problems with withdrawing at FT. Apparently the issue was with their 3rd party provider and the problems are supposed to be fixed.

If you recently deposited and its your first cashout, I hear FT makes you go through some security hoops - supposedly for your safety, but it can be a pain. Gone are the days of neteller and epassporte where it was easy and simple to get money on and off online poker rooms. Stupid UIGEA.

KG -have you tried the cash pick up option? Its apparently new and it looks like people are getting their money fairly quickly. Here's a link talking about it:
