I know you can bend irons and wedges a degree or two. Can you also bend a driver one degree?

you can but it is not quite as straightforward as adding or removing loft from an iron/wedge.
let's say you have three drivers, all with 10* loft. the first driver is setup with a closed face 1*, the 2nd setup is square and the 3rd is setup 1* open.
these 3 drivers will each play with a different effective loft:
- the first driver will play with an effective loft of 11* because when the face is square, it will be 1* open from its setup position
- the 2nd driver will play with an effective loft of 10* because it is setup square
- the 3rd driver will play with an effective loft of 9* because when its face is square, it will be 1* closed from its setup position
hope that makes sense. there is a much more in-depth article here: http://www.ralphmaltby.com/357
