You can get a free Cardrunners and/or Stoxpoker membership by just playing on FTP and earning a certain amount of FTP points (I think the amounts are pretty easy to reach if you play consistently at all, and if you don't make the set amount, you get partial credit).
I think its a pretty damn good deal, especially if you are looking to improve your game but don't want to pay for a video coaching site. I am currently a member of both sites (I currently pay for Cardrunners and have a free Stoxpoker membership through my rakeback affiliate). I think the videos on both sites are great (well, the majority of them are - there are a few stinkers). I think both sites have free sample videos so you can see what they are all about.
To be honest, I haven't read the fine print but it looks like you have to sign up for a "gold" or "premium" membership at those sites which I think cost money (not sure if you pay upfront and they credit you if you earn enough points or how that works so I don't know if it requires any upfront cash -- so make sure to read the fine print). Since I pay for Cardrunners anyway, its a win-win for me to sign up.
FYI - if you want to do this and are not an FTP player yet MAKE SURE YOU GET RAKEBACK BEFORE you sign up and deposit at FTP. The free memberships are nuthin' compared to the rakeback you can get at Full Tilt.
Edit: the link to the FAQ didn't work. Here is a link to the site:
