You can rent the place out pretty easily, I went to a party there a few months ago. They also let us bring our own booze.........fuckin' right.

People rent that place out all the time. Some bands had a concert there one time, and another time some 15 year olds had a party there and someone got shot whilst dealing drugs. Party on.
